The worldwide combat against air pollution and global warming has led to the invention of environment-friendly vehicles known as green cars. Biodiesel is the name of a clean burning alternative fuel produced from domestic and biodegradable resources.

than petroleum diesel which can prolong engine life.
Most diesel engines can run on biodiesel without needing any special equipment. However, there are types of biodiesel that require engine modification before using it. Ester-based biodiesel degrades rubber
products. Engine parts and equipment with rubber seals and piping are replaced with
non-rubber alternatives. If you are interested in using biodiesel in your auto, better consult first your car manufacturer first. Converting your car to run on biodiesel should be done by auto professionals. Mistakes in engine conversion can be very
expensive to rectify.
